FORECLOSURE BY OWNER CAFE rules, please read
Welcome to the CAFE, the friendliest place on the net. Here are a few quidelines to keep it that way:
Respect the CAFE:
Main rule is the Golden Rule.. "Treat others how you would like to be treated"
Be nice! This is a friendly board where we don't just discuss Foreclosure related topics but also like to shoot the breeze a bit.
Respect the general rules
Please no [Censored]ographic images and no offensive language and profanity.. there could be childern here.
Respecting the community
Remember that people are of all walks of life and circumstances here. When you post or communicate with others please be honest and avoid unnecessary
negative or personal comments. Be constructive and tactful.
Tip: To get constructive comments, advice and/or tips be a contributor yourself.
Respect each other:
Because there are people from all around the world here, please be sensitive to the opinions and cultures of others. Avoid racial and political
comments please.
No public flaming will be tolerated. 3 time offenders will be banned for a month. We realize with so many different people here, there will be the
occasional difference of opinion: If you have a problem with someone please resolve it by U2U.. don't tell the world. (Really we don't want to know
and it only brings a dark cloud over the board)
Don't post personal information about other people than yourself.
Respect the bandwidth!
No huge signatures or attachments. No animated signatures. Please keep all signatures under 15k
The speed limit is 60kb for attachments, all larger should be linked to the page.
Please stay on subject, if you want to discuss a separate subject, start a new thread. (Don't Hijack someone else’s thread) (tip: If your comment
doesn't match the header of the thread, you are off topic)
Keep all comments to answering the questions except in the general forum.
